Inscription pour un panoramique a faire¶

cahier des charges¶

sur le site de carto
- on veut pouvoir mettre des tags a chaque site (point repere, point avec antenne active, personne interessee, ...)
- on veut pouvoir selectionner facilement les tags a afficher
- on veut pouvoir tracer facilement des droites
- vue relief a la heywhatsthat avec zone et coupe de terrain
- on veut mettre les antennes actives avec leur position exacte, type, frequence et largeur, orientation (comme AirControl)
- lien avec les panoramiques quand present

reperage sur les panoramiques :
- Un panoramique va representer dans le cas ideal 360 degre en X*Y pixels
- on a la position GPS exacte qui a servi a prendre les photos
- visuellement on fait un premier travail de reperage des sites evidents, les clochers, les immeubles, les chateaux d'eau, etc...
- a partir du GPS des photos et du GPS des sites repérés on calcule un angle degré nord D et on note le pixel X(D) donné par du premier travail
- ensuite pour tout point GPS sur la carte on calcule par interpolation le X ou il est censé etre sur le panoramique

travail offline possible (deployable sur un debian de maniere rapide avec sync de base sur le serveur avant de partir en campagne)
